Please be advised that the City of Bend has a residential and commercial snow removal policy in which residents have 24 hours to remove fallen snow and businesses have six hours.

Our seasonal snow removal contracts provide peace of mind before the first snowflake falls. Contract customers receive priority scheduling during heavy storm periods — we work through the night if necessary to ensure your property is clear before the morning commute.

Seasonal contracts are priced by property size and service scope. Most residential contracts cover the full Bend winter (typically November through March) with unlimited service events above the trigger depth. Commercial contracts can include guaranteed response windows of two to four hours from storm end.

Per-event (on-call) service is also available for homeowners who prefer flexibility. Response times are longer during major storms, so we recommend booking a seasonal contract in September or October before our routes fill.

For de-icing, we carry rock salt, calcium chloride, and magnesium chloride blends. We tailor product selection to your surface type — calcium chloride is gentler on pavers and stamped concrete and effective down to -25°F, while sand provides traction on steep driveways and icy walkways without chemical exposure to nearby plantings.

Snowfall amounts vary significantly across our service area — Sisters and La Pine typically receive more accumulation than central Bend, while Sunriver's elevation can produce heavy, wet snow that requires more frequent service. We factor local conditions into our route planning and response protocols.

Central Oregon occasionally experiences significant multi-day snow events — the kind that drop 18–24 inches over 48 hours. During these events, our team operates around the clock in shifts to keep contracted properties clear. We prioritize commercial clients with guaranteed response windows first, then work through residential routes.

During extreme events, we may need to make multiple passes at the same property as snowfall continues. Contract customers are covered for all passes at no additional charge. We communicate proactively via phone or text when delays are anticipated due to road conditions or equipment issues.

If you are a per-event customer during a major storm, we will do our best to accommodate you, but contract customers always receive priority. This is the primary reason we recommend securing a seasonal contract before the season begins.
